Salary: £45-£50,000 basic (maybe some flexibility) + Company package

A well established UK optical business is expanding its clinical function and is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support its optical portfolio across the North West UK.
This role is ideally suited to a qualified optometrist who is looking to move out of practice and into an industry-based training, education, and clinical support role.
Role
As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will:
- Deliver clinical training and education to customers
- Support product adoption and best practice usage
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to provide clinical expertise
- Act as a trusted clinical expert for optical products
- Support customers across community, independent, and group optical settings
This is a non-sales-heavy role, focused on education, training, and clinical credibility.
