Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role includes ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaboration with management to align HR strategies with business goals is a key aspect of the role.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPD certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the HVAC or climate solutions industry is advantageous
