Senior Finance Systems Analyst
Hybrid role based in Belfast. This is a brand-new role created to strengthen a growing Finance Systems team, and it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning systems, driving improvements, and being the go-to person for finance technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting D365 FandO implementations across GL, AR, AP and Projects
- Owning configuration, process design, and continuous system improvements
- Acting as the subject matter expert for finance systems and stakeholders
- Driving projects end to end (including change management)
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
What They’re Looking For
- Strong finance systems background (professional services experience ideal)
- Finance or accountancy background (CIMA/ACCA preferred, not essential)
- Solid experience with D365 FandO or another enterprise ERP
- Comfortable owning projects and working with senior stakeholders
- Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
