Conveyancing Solicitor (Part-Time)

We are working with a reputable law firm based in Lisburn for a Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team on a part-time basis.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a successful firm, working on a range of conveyancing matters. Within conveyancing you will work on house sales and purchases, mortgages, remortgages, leases, boundary disputes, property disputes, and shared ownership.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland;
• Strong conveyancing experience;
• Technically excellent;
• Team player;
• Ability to use own initiative;
• Strong communication skills.
