As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong background across multiple Financial Services organisations. This role blends senior consulting responsibilities with active involvement in delivery.

As a Senior Test Manager, you will:
Lead and deliver complex testing and quality engineering programmes across Financial Services clientsShape and present end‑to‑end test strategies and solutionsEngage confidently with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at executive levelSupport business development activity and contribute to revenue growthWork across Banking, Insurance, Payments, Asset Management or FinTech environmentsMentor and develop junior consultantsOperate across multiple engagements simultaneouslyRemain close to delivery – recent, practical testing experience is essentialWe are seeking someone who brings:
Recent hands‑on testing or quality engineering experience (must be current, not many years ago)Experience working across several Financial Services organisationsStrong consulting capability – confident presenting, solution‑shaping and engaging stakeholdersBroad understanding of testing methodologies, tools and industry trendsAbility to lead multiple complex programmes concurrentlyStrong communication, analytical and delivery skillsExperience supporting bids or contributing to practice/business developmentThere is no specific technology/tool requirement – breadth, depth, and relevance of experience matter most.
