I’m working with a major Tier 1 contractor looking to appoint a high-calibre Business Development Manager to drive growth across London & the South East.
This is a key role focused on securing large-scale construction projects (£70m+) across sectors including:

The role:
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Building and managing developer & key stakeholder relationships
• Developing winning bid strategies for major projects
• Supporting the pre-construction / bid process
• Driving pipeline growth in line with business strategy
