We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take immediate control of the finishing phase of a high‑specification residential renovation in Bangor. This is a critical role requiring a lead who prioritises precision, technical accuracy and the delivery of a high‑standard finish.
The Role
You will be based full‑time on site, taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations. The project is currently at a stage where strict adherence to detailed drawings and design specifications is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Coordination: Effective management and oversight of all on‑site trades.
- Programme Delivery: Maintaining timelines to drive the project toward completion.
- Quality Control: Rigorous oversight of finishing works to ensure they meet high‑end standards.
- Compliance: Ensuring all site activity aligns with design information and safety regulations.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with a straightforward approach to site management and a track record of integrity.
- Experience: Proven background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, specifically within the high‑end residential sector.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret and enforce complex drawings and specifications accurately.
- Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certification.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a site with authority and reliability.
Project Details
This is a 4‑month contract requiring a dedicated, site‑based presence. Due to the project’s current phase, we need someone who can hit the ground running immediately.
