Location: London (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

- Lead client accounts holistically‑people, delivery, quality, and commercials.
- Apply engineering expertise to deliver high‑value solutions across full development lifecycle.
- Advocate a zero‑complexity, value‑centric approach within your team.
- Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions for scalable and robust solutions.
- Play an active role in internal and regional engineering communities to shape conversations around technology.
Experience and Skills
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 5‑10 people with a focus on development and support.
- Highly comfortable in client‑facing roles, building trusted relationships and delivering against clear expectations.
- Solid full‑stack engineering experience across React, XJS, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Hands‑on cloud experience designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
- AI experience is essential: demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience.
- Experience contributing to architectural and technical design decisions, helping shape scalable and robust solutions.
- Enjoy collaborating in an open, egoless way, adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning.
