Project Officer – Major Works

Working within the Major Works team you will supervise major refurbishment and building works contracts and programmes including implementing and co-ordinating on-site quality control procedures and ensuring that appointed contractors adhere to contractual requirements and standards.

You will also assist with the identification of properties tobe included in major works programmes, the scope of works to be undertaken, the quality of works delivered on site and consultation with tenants throughout the process.

You will further assist in the procurement of maintenance / refurbishment contracts and the development of associated contract documents and specifications of work.
