The Lancashire Peat Partnership are recruiting for two enthusiastic and passionate individuals to work as part of the team, helping with surveys and overseeing ongoing peatland restoration work.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with surveys and peatland restoration projects.
- Designing and implementing habitat restoration projects.
- Coordinating with partners, external landowners, and volunteers.
- Participating in field work, an average of 3 days per week between August and March.
Required skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle fieldwork responsibilities.
- Passion for conservation and willingness to learn about peatland restoration.
