Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring processes are efficient and consistently followed
• Manage software licensing and renewals, preventing service disruption or overspend
• Coordinate quoting and procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
• Ensure accuracy across internal systems, supporting billing and operational reporting

What Experience is Required

• Experience within an MSP, IT services, or subscription-based technology environment
• Strong knowledge of licensing, renewals, quoting, and procurement processes
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and cross-team communication skills
