Marketing Manager, Business Travel, Up to c£60k + 10% Bonus, hybrid/remote. We are delighted to be working in partnership with this award winning, mid-size travel management company with a growing global footprint who are seeking a Marketing Manager. Hybrid or remote working arrangements are open for discussion depending on proximity from the companies offices in south east England.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a Marketing Exec and external agencies
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, social media, events, and partnerships
- Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to optimise the customer journey
- Analyse performance metrics and ROI, using insights to continuously improve campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new regions
Marketing Manager Skills Required
- Proven experience in a mid-senior marketing leadership role
- Experience within the business travel sector preferred and broader industry experience in events or leisure travel would be advantageous.
- Strong track record in B2B marketing and demand generation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
