Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 35%, OTE £100k+)

Open to Experienced Contract Recruiters. We are open to contract recruiters from ANY recruitment sector (not just construction). If you have a strong billing track record, we can support your transition into the construction market.

Your Role
- 360 recruitment (business development + delivery)
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Winning new business and developing relationships
- Filling roles across construction sectors
- Leading from the front with billings and activity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Strong billing history
- Experience in contract recruitment OR permanent recruitment
- Construction recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
- Business development and client management skills
- Ambition to progress to management level
