Legal Solutions Consultant | Legal AI & Technology | London 3 days a week

I’m retained by a global, market‑leading software business that has invested significantly in AI‑driven legal technology. They’re looking for someone with a legal background to join their team in a hybrid role that bridges legal expertise and commercial technology – working with a range of UK clients, including Government, public sector, and wider legal markets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject‑matter expert alongside the sales team – understanding client pain points, scoping solutions, delivering product demonstrations.
- Run proof‑of‑concept trials and respond to RFPs & RFIs.
- Bridge the language of law and business of law.
- Act as a thought leader – speak at webinars and industry events, shape internal understanding of use cases, help colleagues build fluency in legal AI.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with a few years of post‑qualification experience (private practice, in‑house, or public sector).
- Experience or exposure to UK Government or public sector legal work is a plus.
- Curiosity about legal AI and its application in document review, contract analysis, legal research, and workflow automation.
- Confident, client‑facing, articulate presenter, comfortable translating complex technology into clear commercial value.
- Consultative, problem‑solving mindset.
- German or French language skills are a nice‑to‑have but not required.
Compensation
Attractive base salary and performance‑related bonus tied to sales team results and certain KPIs you will need to achieve.
