Role Overview
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. The position is home based, covering the South West (Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & NE Somerset). The role involves occasional travel to development sites within the region.
Responsibilities
Support the development programme and drive forward our project delivery across the South West.
Qualifications
- Interest or knowledge of housing, especially affordable housing.
- Confident, independent, and pro‑active approach to work and relationships with colleagues.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent administrative, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to produce written reports and ensure effective project management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good numerical and organisational skills to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
Eligibility
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
