About You
We are looking for an experienced store manager to manage our Windsor store. Acting as a brand ambassador and reporting into the Head of Retail, you’ll bring leadership and , bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving trade and profitability for the store.
- Managing a team of supervisors and sales associates, building a high performing team.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service
- Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on all in store Nobody’s Child product.
- Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
- Maintaining stock levels and presentable condition assigned areas
- Ensuring consistent knowledge on Nobody’s child products and new ins, with an ability to cross sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Handle returns
- Suggest ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
- Represent our brand positively and passionately.
To hit the ground running, you’ll come with around 8 years of store management experience for a high growth womenswear retailer, a commercial and sales driven mindset and a passion for responsible product.
