About the Role

Manage the entire process of UK corporate legal affairs, providing comprehensive legal support.

Responsibilities

• Handle specialised legal matters including intellectual property applications, infringement investigations, and enforcement litigation.
• Review all commercial contracts to mitigate legal risks and monitor contract compliance.
• Represent the company in litigation and arbitration proceedings, formulate dispute resolution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related field, holding UK solicitor qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal departments or law firms in the UK, with familiarity of the UK judicial system.
• Practical experience in handling intellectual property, infringement disputes, and contractual issues.
• Possessing local law firm resources in the UK, independently carry out cross-border legal affairs collaboration.
• Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with knowledge of the UK commercial legal environment.
