Project Manager

Location: South East LincolnshireContract: Initial 6 months (Outside IR35)Rate: £350-£370 per dayStart: Within the next couple of weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a hospital new build and refurbishment project in South East Lincolnshire.

This is a contractor role offering an initial 6‑month contract, operating outside IR35, with a competitive day rate.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and delivery of hospital new build and refurbishment works
• Coordination of programme, budget, and quality control
• Liaison with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and project milestones
• Driving progress on site and resolving technical or programme challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on hospital or healthcare construction projects
• Electrical background is essential
• Strong understanding of M&E coordination within complex live or healthcare environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to tight deadlines
• Available to start within the next couple of weeks
