Care Manager – Children’s Residential (Ofsted)

Role Description

The position requires an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Croydon. This is a safeguarding‑critical leadership role requiring strong Ofsted inspection experience and full operational accountability.

Essential – Apply Only If You Meet All Criteria

• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Manager in a UK Ofsted‑registered Children’s Home
• Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential)
• Strong safeguarding and Child Protection leadership experience
• Knowledge of Children Act 1989 and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and compliance
• Full UK driving licence
• Currently based in the UK with full right to work (no sponsorship)
