A small but busy studio are seeking an exceptional Associate Director, leading the delivery of ultra high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally.
This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a design-led practice renowned for crafting extraordinary private homes, boutique hotels, and prestigious developments in prime locations across the UK and globally.
The Role
As Associate Director, you will:
- Lead the design and delivery of super-prime residential and luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion
- Oversee multiple high-value schemes
- Provide strategic design direction
- Mentor and lead the small team.
- Excellent technical ability and an all round studio no pure FF&E.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proven leader with:
- 7+ years’ experience in ideally hospitality projects or a back ground in high end residential.
- Strong design sensibility with impeccable attention to detail
- Experience managing client relationships
- Commercial awareness and financial control experience
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Location:
This is a full-time, office-based role in West London. Due to the collaborative and confidential nature of our projects, hybrid or remote working is not available.
