Leadership & Mentorship: A natural ability to guide and mentor peers. You have experience resolving technical issues and can translate ambiguous problem definitions into actionable technical roadmaps.
Pragmatic Problem Solver: You understand when to move fast (creating tech debt) and when to move right (paying it off). You are a cornerstone in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Data-Driven Mindset: You use analytical approaches to identify inefficiencies and demonstrate the impact of your technical initiatives on the wider group.
How you’ll make an impact:
Lead Design & Delivery: Take full ownership of the design and implementation of large-scale, critical cloud projects, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-optimised.
Architectural Influence: Work with Engineering Managers to refine requirements and influence the technical direction of your Atom and the broader group.
