Position: International Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: UK (Remote)
Salary: £60 – 80k basic DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexi hours)
Associate Sales Director / International Sales Manager required to join a well-established manufacturer of FMCG Manufacturing Machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales growth through channel partner development, direct B2B sales, and strategic business development.
The ideal candidate will have experience within FMCG Manufacturing Machinery or a similar Capital Equipment / Manufacturing Environment.
International Sales & Business Development Manager Job Overview:
- Develop and execute international go-to-market strategy
- Identify and develop new global business opportunities
- Build and manage international distributor and channel partner networks
- Drive B2B consultative sales to SME and large organisations
- Manage and grow key global accounts
- Represent the business at international trade shows and client meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to align commercial and operational strategy
International Sales & Business Development Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in international sales / business development
- Proven background in FMCG Manufacturing Machinery
- Experience managing distributors and global partners
- Strong consultative B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
- Must be willing to travel internationally on occasion
