Job Overview

Part time Mentor Dentist required for 3 days in a busy, mixed, well established independently owned practice near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

• Salary negotiable for 1 or 2 dentists
• 50% split on Private & Lab bills
• Small UDA allocation – may only need to work 1 day clinically
• Negotiable days
• 5 Fully computerised, modern surgeries
• Digital X-rays, Itero Scanner, Intraoral Cameras, Rotary Endo
• Full support team
• Near train station. 30 mins to Leeds via train, 35 mins drive to Sheffield.
• Available now, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
