A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across the site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of output, quality, team leadership and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure output, quality and efficiency targets are met.
• Take ownership of output, quality and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Provide strong team leadership and development for production personnel.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience (essential)
• Strong team leadership within production
• Lean / CI mindset with measurable improvements
• KPI-driven and comfortable working with data
• HACCP / food safety knowledge
