Private Credit Investment Analyst (German Speaking)

Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading European private credit platform to hire an Analyst into their investment team to be based in either London or Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence on new investment opportunities
• Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation review
• Prepare and present investment materials to internal committees
• Monitor portfolio performance and analyse key trends and risks
• Assist with origination efforts, including relationship tracking and idea generation
• Engage with sponsors, management teams, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• 1–3 years of strong investment banking or private credit investing experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Ability to assess credit risk and form independent investment views
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
