What will you do as Digital Growth Manager

• Lead and develop a digital team of two, driving performance and capability.
• Create and deliver growth strategies aligned to client commercial goals and budgets.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimise strategies based on data and results.
• Ensure SEO activity is fully integrated with paid media and conversion strategies.
• Maintain high quality control, ensuring all outputs are structured and aligned to best practice.
• Manage clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

What will you need to be the Digital Growth Manager

• Calm, focused and results-driven approach to delivering objectives.
• Proven experience leading or supervising marketing teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social and SEO.
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with a clear focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
