Technical Training Manager – Solar PV, EV Charging, Energy Storage

West Yorkshire 3 days in the office per week

£45,000–£55,000

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Training Manager to lead technical product training and support across our business (renewable energy products). This is a key role working with sales teams, manufacturers, and customers to deliver high-quality training and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical product training for the sales team
• Work with manufacturers on new product introductions and product development
• Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting
• Deliver pre- and after-sales technical support, including design, specification, and warranty processes
• Manage and deliver a full training schedule with manufacturers (online & in-person)
• Ensure technical content is up to date across customer-facing digital platforms (website & OpenSolar)
