Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for executing functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications. You will also be involved in Agile ceremonies to provide test effort estimations and ensure requirements are testable.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include hands‑on testing, automation, defect management, technical advocacy, and continuous learning. You will also be expected to write and maintain test plans, write clear and concise test cases, and perform testing across the full testing lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience in software testing, a strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies, and experience with cloud‑native environments. You will be expected to have a natural curiosity and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, as well as the ability to explain technical bugs to non‑technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on testing experience
  • Automation skills with tools such as Selenium, Java, .NET, C#, BDD Framework
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Defect management skills
  • Technical advocacy skills
  • Continuous learning skills
  • Experience with cloud‑native environments (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with integrating testing as part of the Secure‑SDLC and CI/CD tooling in a DevSecOps environment
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman SoapUI or ReadyAPI
  • Familiarity with version control and source code hosting platforms (Git/GitHub)
  • Awareness of Application Lifecycle Management and IT Service Management using tools such as Splunk and ServiceNow
  • Experience with analytics and interactive visualization tools such as Grafana or Kibana
  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Certifications in ISTQB Software Testing Foundation or Advanced Certification
