Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new M&A/Private Equity Paralegal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a thriving and growing M&E Private Equity team – working on a range of deals.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for:
– Maintaining and updating transaction trackers
– Assisting with Companies House filings and corporate information checks
– Conducting legal and market research
– Assisting with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents (NDAs, SPAs, disclosures, corporate approvals, ancillary agreements, etc)
– Handling general administration (proofreading, preparing filings, etc)
– Liaising with clients, counsel and counterparties on a regular basis
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
– Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
– Have previous/existing M&A or Private Equity experience
– Be able to commute to the London office at least 4 days a week
– Have three A-level grades at “AAB” or above (or equivalent)
– Be able to commit to a 12m FTC
