24/7 Control Centre Operator – Safety Telemetry Monitoring

Swissport UK is seeking an ICC Agent at BHX ICC, Birmingham International Airport, to monitor telematics and safety camera systems in real time and identify safety and operational concerns related to GSE assets.

You will log incidents, escalate critical cases to the ICC Supervisor, and compile evidence for investigations, while coordinating with ground operations and maintaining thorough records in a fast-paced, 24/7 shift environment.
