Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to our operations, supporting customers, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle product and pricing enquiries
- Prepare quotations and complete take-offs from customer plans
- Arrange samples, brochures, and POS materials
- Liaise with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) team to provide support
- Manage incoming calls and emails from merchants, installers, architects, and the public
- Provide product, pricing, and technical information
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Benefits / Work Conditions
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm). Salary: Competitive (TBC).
