What you’ll be doing

Lead from the front Set the pace and the tone — clear expectations, strong standards, and the kind of leadership that helps people feel secure and motivated.

Create guest magic (consistently) Own the experience across the restaurant, bar and room service — making sure service is smooth, welcoming, and worth coming back for.

Own the numbers, grow the business Drive revenue, manage payroll and labour planning, and keep a firm grip on budgets, forecasting and cost control — without losing the human touch.

Grow people and performance Coach, develop and recognise your team — helping individuals build confidence, capability and pride in their work.
