Asset Management Analyst

Location: London (West End)

Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE + discretionary bonus

I am delighted to be working with a leading real estate investment, developer and operator across the UK, with a rapidly growing portfolio and an ambitious pipeline of developments and acquisitions. Backed by significant institutional capital, the business is scaling quickly and offers exposure across the full life cycle of real estate investment and asset management.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team where you’ll play a key role in driving asset performance and value creation across a dynamic portfolio. The role offers broad exposure across operational and development assets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute asset-level business plans and identify value-add opportunities
  • Analyse leasing, pricing, and operational performance against KPIs
  • Drive improvements in NOI, occupancy, and rental growth
  • Produce investor reporting and performance analysis
  • Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
  • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners
  • Support ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into strategy

About You:

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in asset management, investment, or similar
  • Strong financial and analytical skills (advanced Excel essential)
  • Experience producing high-quality reporting and analysis
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, value-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Experience in residential, BTR, or operational real estate preferred
