Job Description:
We are seeking a senior Analyst who will operate primarily as a hands‑on Test Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Test Analysis & Design
- Analyze requirements and identify test scope, risks, and scenarios
- Design detailed test cases and ensure traceability
- Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements
Test Execution & Defect Management
- Execute manual tests across complex workflows
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
- Log, track, and validate defects with development teams
Test Planning & Coordination
- Prepare test plans, estimates, and schedules
- Track progress, report status, and manage risks
- Ensure QA standards and processes are followed
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in manual testing, test design, and analysis
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC
- Hands‑on with tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr
