Department

The School of Computer Science at UNNC, part of the University of Nottingham, offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supports research in Big Data, Visual Analytics, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Implementation, and Testing.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and deliver lectures and seminars across the School of Computer Science.
• Contribute to teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Assess and examine students, supervise PhD students, and perform high‑quality research.
• Obtain external research grants.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• International reputation in research and scholarship.
• Established record of high‑quality research output and ability to attract external funding.
• Teaching and tutorial experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level in an international, English‑speaking institution.
