Our well‑respected Development team is seeking a proactive Land & New Business Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our New Business and wider Development functions.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to ensure our data is accurate, our systems are updated, and our administrative processes run smoothly. Your attention to detail will help shape the future of our housing developments and ensure high‑quality delivery in line with our values.
We’re looking for an individual who can:
- Accurately manage property data, creating and adding new build properties to the Housing Management System and resolving data queries alongside IT and Data Governance teams.
- Maintain administrative momentum, ensuring Property Addition Forms are received to hit deadlines and processing monthly KPI data and reports for our panel solicitors and Procurement team.
- Support financial and legal workflows, including processing EBIS invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with the signing, sealing, and processing of land contracts and CHAPS payments.
- Coordinate key documentation, monitoring new business trackers for legal panels and consultants, retrieving archive records, and attending meetings to take accurate minutes.
You’ll have experience in providing high‑level administrative support within a busy team, being someone who thrives on accuracy and meeting deadlines. We’re looking for a track record of effective record‑keeping and data management, as well as an understanding of the importance of following strict legal and financial procedures.

Our Development team have a strong track record of delivering industry‑recognised projects with a focus on sustainability and quality!
Our ideal candidate?
- Experience or knowledge of New Build & Development processes, including contract preparation and oversight.
- Strong IT literacy, with experience in managing complex databases or Housing Management Systems such as Northgate and Ebis.
- The ability to develop and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders including internal teams, solicitors, and external consultants.
- Experience of creating reports and interpreting data to drive process improvement.

As a Smart Working organisation, you can expect to work from a Midland Heart site 3 days a week and 2 days remotely from home.
