Manufacturing Team Lead – Maternity Cover (9-12 months)

Owen Mumford is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee a team of Setters, Operators and Material Handlers. This maternity cover role oversees shift performance, task planning, resource allocation and attendance records on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

You will drive daily production targets, ensure smooth handovers, support coaching and maintain compliance with safety, quality and GMP/ISO 13485 standards.
