Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator

As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Cowick. The newly created role will be responsible for organising and facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of UK & IE customer orders, with a strong customer‑centric focus.

- GCSE or equivalent
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential
- Extensive experience in shipping and/or logistics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight/competing deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills, collaboratively effectively to streamline and standardise processes
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and organise UK & IE customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Act as the key link between Customer Care and the 3PL logistics provider, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
- Build shipments in line with customer‑specific requirements, SLAs and potential customs regulations
- Manage delivery issues, escalations, returns and credit‑blocked orders to minimise customer impact
- Maintain accurate system data and support continuous improvement of order fulfilment processes
- Support during cover periods of the current Customer Care team
