X1 Mechanical Project Manager X1 Electrical Project Manager The Role You’ll take ownership of M&E packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Typical responsibilities will include: Managing electrical and mechanical packages on healthcare schemes Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and specialist subcontractors Driving programme, quality, and compliance across all MEP elements Reviewing designs, technical submissions, and ensuring buildability Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover Attending regular site meetings and reporting on progress What They’re Looking For Proven experience as an M&E / Building Services Project Manager Strong electrical or mechanical bias (or well-balanced both) Experience delivering healthcare or technically complex projects preferred Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programmes forward Strong understanding of commissioning and handover processes The Package Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 Competitive package on top Holiday allowance rising to 30 days Pension increasing up to 9% Long-term, stable project pipeline41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
