The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with clients, supporting them throughout their journey with the business. This is a fantastic entry point into the commercial side of a fast-growing company, where you’ll gain exposure to both account management and business development in a supportive environment. Rather than a hard sales role, this position is all about communication, organisation, and creating positive client experiences.
Day to day, you will:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Assist in managing accounts and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience
- Work closely with senior team members to help grow and develop client relationships
- Keep track of conversations and updates using internal systems
- Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow
