Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Services team as a Housing Data Analyst. You will be responsible for the analysis and improvement of business processes in order to improve performance or deliver efficiency savings for the Housing service.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to analyse large datasets and soft intelligence to support forward planning of improvement and repair programmes. It will also be essential to ensure the best use of IT systems to support responsive maintenance and to maintain comprehensive and accurate stock data.

Skills & Experience

Strong computer skills with MS Office and a solid knowledge of databases and data tools such as Power BI are essential. Experience using business process improvement (BPI) tools such as process mapping is also important. The role demands an analytical thinker who can work under pressure, manage tight and conflicting deadlines, interpret data and produce statistical reports, and communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.
