We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our busy Head Office team and play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns that inspire our customers and strengthen our brand.

Reporting to:Marketing Manager

Contract Type:Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30 pm (office-based)

Salary:£27,000£32,000(depending on skills and experience)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative marketing professional to contribute to the growth of a leading retail brand. Working closely with our Purchasing, Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will help plan and deliver impactful campaigns across a range of channels, with a particular focus on social media and digital marketing.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, improving our social media presence, managing campaign activity, and ensuring the Argento brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering general enquiries and offering administrational and marketing support
  • Contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies
  • Coordinating the print, production and distribution of marketing materials for stores, promotional spaces and events. This includes but is not limited to campaign graphics, promotional materials and event collateral
  • Developing and delivering engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms.
  • Managing and growing Argentos social media trends and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness, including content creation, and analysing social media campaign performance.
  • Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager to manage affiliate partnerships and ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Identifying innovative marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing channels.
  • Analysing organic social media performance and using insights to optimise future content.
  • Responding to customer enquiries across social platforms and directing customers to the appropriate support channels where necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Previous experience creating content, managing social media accounts and writing engaging copy for a brand
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva
  • A genuine interest in fashion, jewellery and retail trends, with a passion for the brands we sell
  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data and campaign performance
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach

Desirable Criteria:

  • 2 3 years previous marketing experience in a commercial environment is preferred
