We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing top talent to support our continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
General
- Support the business’s Recruitment Strategy.
- Develop a knowledge of business requirements to identify suitable candidates for each opportunity.
- Identify and sign off vacancies with Hiring Managers.
- Track recruitment data metrics and ensure transparent updates.
- Manage resource tools including job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as supplier relationships.
- Be flexible, within reason, in terms of hours of work to suit the needs of the business.
- Resource planning – facilitate resource meetings across the business, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed.
LinkedIn / Indeed
- Publish current live vacancies across job boards, ensuring that job advertisements have been reviewed.
- Review and shortlist applicants that have applied via LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates, including briefing them on our interview process and managing expectations effectively.
