We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing top talent to support our continued expansion across the UK and Europe.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General

• Support the business’s Recruitment Strategy.
• Develop a knowledge of business requirements to identify suitable candidates for each opportunity.
• Identify and sign off vacancies with Hiring Managers.
• Track recruitment data metrics and ensure transparent updates.
• Manage resource tools including job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as supplier relationships.
• Be flexible, within reason, in terms of hours of work to suit the needs of the business.
• Resource planning – facilitate resource meetings across the business, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed.

LinkedIn / Indeed

• Publish current live vacancies across job boards, ensuring that job advertisements have been reviewed.
• Review and shortlist applicants that have applied via LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates, including briefing them on our interview process and managing expectations effectively.
