Our client is a US HQ multinational manufacturing business, with active expansion plans across Europe. They have an acquisition in Italy where they need a designated Senior Counsel or GC level resource to manage the deal.
The deadline for deal to close is end October 2026. Likely slow ramp up over June/July, then peak times will be Sept through October, and then ideally available for wind down period over November/December.
The client envisages an hourly rate for the next 2 months, moving to a more agreeable daily rate once the work ramps up, and then post deal, reverting to hourly rate.
This resource can sit anywhere in Europe, and would suit a 7-15 PQE Corporate lawyer with native Italian language skills.
