Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works? We are recruiting for a leading contractor delivering a high-profile data centre project in Somerset

The Role:

• Oversee the CSA aspects of a cutting-edge data centre project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, reporting on progress and resolving any challenges that arise.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control, program management, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Willingness to be based in Frankfurt or travel as required.
