Are you an experienced Architect with strong grounding in the workplace and commercial design?
We are looking for an ARB Architect located in Manchester to work with a commercial-focused architecture practice to step into a key delivery position on a £50m. You would be joining the team at early stages and supported by a mid-sized studio.

The Role
You will take on an Architect position within an existing team, focusing on the RIBA Stages 4 and 5 delivery of a major commercial new build. The project is already moving, so your role will be key in driving technical coordination and seeing the scheme through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a £50m commercial new build through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design information and manage technical outputs
- Oversee production of detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Work closely with the wider project team to maintain quality and programme
- Support site coordination and resolve technical queries during construction
Requirements
- You have strong experience on heritage projects, particularly the commercial sector
- You have proven delivery experience at RIBA Stages 4 and 5
- You are highly proficient in Revit and confident managing project information
- You may be ARB-registered with relevant UK experience
