We are hiring: Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM)
Our client is seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Quality Manager** to support supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery excellence within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Role Details:
Location: Filton (80% onsite requirement)
Duration: 3 months initially with possible extension
Working pattern: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure On-Time and On-Quality deliveries
• Build strong supplier relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive problem-solving activities and mitigate supply chain risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, programmes, and procurement
• Ensure supplier and product compliance with required standards
• Support supplier development and performance improvement activities
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience within an industrial/supply chain environment
• Knowledge of quality management principles
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
