Footwear Brand Manager – Fashion Footwear

London | £75,000–£80,000 | Full-time | ASAP start

Built on raw denim, product innovation and a relentless point of view, this fashion brand now has an opportunity for a Footwear Brand Manager to drive its next phase of growth across Europe.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who understands footwear, wholesale, key accounts and brand building — and knows how to turn product into performance.

You’ll lead the European wholesale sales strategy for Footwear, working closely with brand HQ, retail partners, distributors, agents and internal teams to build momentum across approved territories.

The Footwear Brand Manager Role

You will own the sell-in process, develop sales plans, manage key accounts and identify new commercial opportunities across Europe. You’ll be the link between brand direction and market execution — ensuring the range, pricing, critical path, marketing plans and account strategy all move as one.

Expect European travel, senior retail conversations, seasonal range reviews, trade shows, account negotiations and close collaboration with product, marketing and operations teams.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in footwear sales, brand management, product or key account management
  • Strong European wholesale and key account relationships
  • Fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or footwear market experience
  • A track record of building brands and growing commercial performance

This is for someone commercially driven, product fluent and ready to build something with edge, discipline and pace.
