Salary: £58,230 to £65,729 per annum, dependent on experience
Are you ready to take on a senior leadership role that directly supports the delivery of healthcare across Gloucestershire.
Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking two experienced Deputy Heads of Estates, with one post based at Cheltenham General Hospital and one at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
These are influential leadership roles responsible for providing operational oversight, governance, assurance and strategic support across Estates services within a complex healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities for:
✔ Leading Estates and engineering services
✔ Governance, assurance and compliance management
✔ Risk management and business continuity planning
✔ Performance reporting and service improvement
✔ Workforce leadership and organisational development
✔ Budget oversight and resource management
✔ Supporting capital and infrastructure projects
We’re looking for a credible and engaging leader with significant Estates, Engineering or Facilities Management experience and the ability to influence stakeholders, provide assurance and drive continuous improvement.
