Quality Assurance Officer
Meet Life Sciences are supporting a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer as they continue to expand their Quality Assurance function and are looking to bring in a QA Officer to support GMP compliance and quality operations across their manufacturing site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business operating within the specialist medicines space, offering exposure to a broad range of QA activities within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve batch manufacturing and packaging documentation
- Support deviation investigations, CAPA management, and change controls
- Assist with the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Review, update, and manage SOPs and GMP documentation
- Support internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, and Supply Chain teams to ensure GMP compliance across site operations
- Support training activities and promote a strong quality culture throughout the business
Requirements:
- Experience working within a Quality Assurance position in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document management
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, specialist medicines, medicinal cannabis, or other regulated manufacturing environments would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
